My case manager was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the process and requirements to access my Super under Compassionate grounds for dental work.The service provided was very professional, yet friendly and reassuring. I could have completed this part, however, angst and stress about the administration and required documentation was taken away from me, which honestly made for a seamless interaction from start to finish.I would recommend Access my Super if you'd rather leave the stressful paperwork and leg work up to the professionals - less stress always is a positive 🙏

I used Access My Super to help me access my super on compassionate grounds for medical treatment, and overall it was a really positive experience.From the start, my consultant Tara was amazing. She walked me through everything step by step, knew her stuff, and explained things in a way that made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She was easy to talk to, supportive, and genuinely made me feel at ease the entire time.The only issue I ran into was when Tara was unavailable for a day. During that time I didn’t get the follow up or responses I was expecting, which caused a bit of delay and uncertainty. It didn’t feel like a reflection of her at all, more just a gap in how things are handled internally. I think there should be better coverage so things can keep moving even if someone is away.That said, when I raised it, it was handled really well. The person I spoke to apologised straight away, explained what they’d do to fix it, and followed through with a call back like they said they would. They’d already contacted the ATO and were able to give me a clear update, which I really appreciated.Overall, it was a small hiccup but they handled it properly and fixed it quickly. Tara was honestly fantastic, and the issue came down to process rather than any individual. In a time where there is so much uncertainty in the world, they made everything all a little better. Thankyou Tara and your team.

Highly recommended. If this path to fund treatment is available for you, then using Access My Super was so much easier than trying to co-ordinate everything yourself.
