Not worth the money.I clearly communicated the deadline in advance, but it was still missed. When I followed up with the ATO and the super company, they informed me that something had been incorrectly ticked, which delayed the process further. When I raised this with my representative, she denied any responsibility. I then requested to take over the matter myself, but she intervened again, which only made things worse. In hindsight, I should have just handled it on my own.
