19 days from our first conversation to ATO approval. Our case manager Kim took care of everything for us and updated us with emails/texts for every step of the way. Each update explained what was next and the expected timeframes. It’s worth every penny to use Access My Super than to try to do this yourself. There’s a fair bit to it from quotes to organising specialist and psych appointments/letters - all of this is done for you with no wait times and coordinated correctly so that your application doesn’t go back and forth.
