I used Access My Super to help me access my super on compassionate grounds for medical treatment, and overall it was a really positive experience.From the start, my consultant Tara was amazing. She walked me through everything step by step, knew her stuff, and explained things in a way that made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She was easy to talk to, supportive, and genuinely made me feel at ease the entire time.The only issue I ran into was when Tara was unavailable for a day. During that time I didn’t get the follow up or responses I was expecting, which caused a bit of delay and uncertainty. It didn’t feel like a reflection of her at all, more just a gap in how things are handled internally. I think there should be better coverage so things can keep moving even if someone is away.That said, when I raised it, it was handled really well. The person I spoke to apologised straight away, explained what they’d do to fix it, and followed through with a call back like they said they would. They’d already contacted the ATO and were able to give me a clear update, which I really appreciated.Overall, it was a small hiccup but they handled it properly and fixed it quickly. Tara was honestly fantastic, and the issue came down to process rather than any individual. In a time where there is so much uncertainty in the world, they made everything all a little better. Access super was fantastic they were so helpful when I looked into getting my teeth done couldn’t ask for anything better the staff were so polite but consultant was Lisa she was so helpful and polite i definitely recommend access super
