Frustrating !! After a brief chat with a consultant back in September I was informed that I would receive a call back and email with in half an hour. Still waiting. Also replied YES to automated service asking if I wished to continue on with the assistance of their service. Still waiting. Now with the help of the ATO I'm slowly making inroads.

Honestly can’t fault them at all, I had Erica as a case manager and she literally handled everything for me, sent me everything I needed to fill out and link where to send them next, kept emailing making sure everything was going right. Really great experience. Would recommend to anyone

I had the most wonderful experience using Access My Super. Thank you Belinda my Case Manager and Access My Super with assistance to handling my application with the ATO for Early Release Super on Compassionate Grounds. The application process was daunting reading what the ATO required, so utilising Access My Super was so smooth and easily accessible. Approval has been very quick from the ATO once Belinda submitted all necessary documentation, and believe me as we went thru each section required I knew no way would I have been able to do this in, let alone in the timeframe Belinda did.If you are not sure about whether to do your ATO application yourself or use this company, a cost of a call to Access My Super for a chat may help decide which path you take. Didn’t even have to worry about sourcing our quotes, Kim did it all! I want to thank Belinda Newman for the efficient and professional manner in which she dealt with my application. It took 3weeks and 5 days to complete and submit all documents. Belinda gave me updates throughout the process and approval gained today 8.5.23. Will take another week all up for the funds to land in my account. They do all the running around for you and ensure document's are correct, for fast processing.
