Going through this process is impossible to navigate on your own. It is also very daunting in today's climate with cyber security to trust someone you have never met in person with your personal information. Kim is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, responsive to your queries and patient with your questions, no matter how dumb they sound. I can not recommend this company highly enough and would be 100 stars if possible. Kim was exceptional and I am so grateful that I went through this process with her. Thank you Kim.

After years of not getting my teeth sorted, mostly because of the cost, the option of accessing my super felt like my last chance. The process involved to do this felt quite daunting and something I wasn’t sure I could do. Once I had my first consult and received my dental plan, my dentist contacted Access My Super. From the first phone call I received from Azra right through to the last confirming approval from the ATO, I could not have been any happier with the service they provided. Azra was extremely patient, polite and informative throughout. Not once was I stressed or worried as everything was done by them.For anyone who thinks the fee charged might be more than they thought or a bit out of their reach, I can guarantee 100% it is worth every cent! Razia has kept me in the loop every step of the way and has made this experience seamless and definitely less stressful than if I had applied on my own.I imagine Razia is extremely busy, however she went above and beyond to ensure my application was processed within the restricted timeframe we had.Razia is truly an asset to Access My Super and I can't recommend her enough!
