Some people told me I didn't need to use a company like Access My Super and that it was easy to do myself. I disagree. Access My Super has "all" the knowledge to make this the easiest, smoothest and stress free experience. I went with them because I didn't want the hassle and stress of having to figure it out for myself and the anxiety that goes with doing any paperwork etc with any government department and for the convenience of course. They organise absolutely everything. The only thing I had to do apart from visit the dentist to obtain the quote, was to do a Telehealth dr consult. Everyone I dealt with at Access My Super was fantastic, friendly, helpful and they always called back. I mainly dealt with Tara. It was truly a zero stress experience and they made it "so" easy and very quick. The fee you pay them is tax deductible also, even if it wasn't, I still would have payed it for all the reasons stated above. They were truly a pleasure to deal with and I'd do it again in a heartbeat if I had to and I recommend anyone else to as well. They really are worth the their weight in gold. "And" the ATO answered in 6 days from submitting application. I'm sure had I have done it myself, I would have missed attaching important paperwork etc to back up my claim and that would have added weeks to months back and forth with the ATO in me getting the application right and then finally getting approved.
