The client acknowledges and accepts the following:

Initial issued Tax Invoice as the total fee for service.

The amount with the description “Fee for Service due prior to Commencement of Application” will be payable prior to the commencement of the ERS application.

The client must complete a Credit Card Authority for the full amount in AMS’s Issued Tax Invoice.

If payment is not made, AMS will forward the overdue account to Debt Collection. The client acknowledges that AMS is not responsible for any dishonour fees, bank charges and or/interest and late fees incurred for late or failed payments, that may be charge by the financial institution to the client’s account.
