Yes, you can do this yourself. In theory.It is complex though! Having Natasha’s help has made it all really clear, straightforward and easy to navigate. At no time did I feel under any pressure, or that there were questions I didn’t have answers to. Very reasonable fee for the service - can’t recommend them highly enough 🙌🏻

Worth every penny. My case manager, Razia, went above and beyond to help me. She talked me through everything and replied to every single question I asked her immediately. Even when I had trouble accessing the ATO inbox through MyGov, she called them personally and had them send it via mail just in case. The lady was amazing.
