Not worth the money.I clearly communicated the deadline in advance, but it was still missed. When I followed up with the ATO and the super company, they informed me that something had been incorrectly ticked, which delayed the process further. When I raised this with my representative, she denied any responsibility. I then requested to take over the matter myself, but she intervened again, which only made things worse. In hindsight, I should have just handled it on my own.
Kim was amazing. She made the whole process so easy and stress free. The resources and services provided made the process so easy and you did not have to explain yourself. They understood your situation and were willing to help with no hard questions asked. 100% recommend for anyone who is accessing their super early.
